Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

I tested this drone now for more than one week. The promised functions such as Follow Me, Circle flying, flying by GPS waypoints, return to GPS and also the GPS distance limitations in the settings all worked. The only thing you need to know is that the camera quality is not really 4K. The image quality lacks detail, also every small wind blow will shutter the image in videos. However, the store gave me a partial refund for this and was uncomplicated. Other than that, I would also need a second battery and some more spare blades, I hope the seller finally replies to my request. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this drone and I enjoy every minute flying with this drone. I think it is a really cool product with a lot of features for this price.

So the drone is for the money very well, it works as stated, At first glance looks the drone cheap from, but it's fun to fly. Clear recommended buy…. Is hold no DJI or similar, in you should be in clear.
